The Punjab government has taken back the order of vaccine supply to private hospitals amid controversy.
'Total 42,000 vaccines were given to private hospitals which we've taken back from them. Chief Minister immediately took cognizance of the incident and the decision was nixed. Those who have paid extra price for vaccine will get reimbursement', said Punjab Health Min Balbir Singh Sidhu
Also, Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh appeared before a three-member Congress panel on Friday, reportedly formed by the party high command to sort out the problems in its state unit. The meeting lasted for more than three hours.
