पंजाब के मोगा से से गिरफ्तारी के बाद डिब्रूगढ़ जेल में बंद है खालिस्तानी समर्थक अमृतपाल सिंह। अमृतपाल के साथ साथ डिब्रूगढ़ जेल में ही अमृतपाल के और साथी भी बंद हैं। सभी को अलग-अलग सेल में रखा गया है।
