Protestors shut down the highway just around rush hour this morning.
Police were notified about the protest just after 9 a.m., with all six-bound lanes blocked. Authorities arrested 75 protesters, and the freeway was fully reopened by around 11:30 a.m., according to the CHP.
The protest was organized by IfNotNow, where members sang “cease-fire now” and lighted a seven-foot menorah, marking the seventh night of Hanukkah on Wednesday.
