Protesters against a national security bill clashed with riot police on Saturday in the latest set of demonstrations, which saw more than 100 people arrested.

The protests began over a security bill, which includes a provision that critics say would make it more difficult to expose police brutality. Under "Article 24," it would be a crime to publish images or video of police officers with the intent to cause harm. French President Emmanuel Macron says it is to protect authorities from online hate, but critics say it would restrict civil liberties and the rights of journalists.

More than 200 people have been arrested since the nationwide protests began.
