The World Forestry Congress is bringing together leaders in the field to discuss how to tackle global warming in South Korea.
Seoul has revitalised its forests after decades of exploitation, and it is believed to be a model that could help others address climate change.
The congress, held every six years, is the most significant gathering of members of the world’s forestry sectors, providing a forum for exchanges on all aspects of forestry and the environment, including climate change and biodiversity.
