Prince Andrew is facing a civil lawsuit from Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who's accusing him of sexually assaulting her when she was a teenager.

Now a 2009 legal settlement between Giuffre and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein has been unsealed, revealing she agreed not to sue anyone connected to Epstein. She was also paid about $500,000 in the settlement.

Redmond Shannon explains why one lawyer believes the suit against Prince Andrew should proceed.
