Prime Time With Ravish Kumar - October 30, 2020: A special report on Prime Time on the state of affairs at government run hospitals in Bihar. At Begusarai, a hospital has remained 'under construction' for 13 years. The building remains dilapidated and neglected and with no signs of progress towards completion. Other government hospitals in Bihar don't fare any better. There is severe shortage of intensive care facilities owing to which patients get fleeced by private hospitals. Ravish Kumar asks why scarcity of medical facilities is not becoming an election issue in the state. (Audio in Hindi)
