Prime Time - June 29, 2022: Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray resigned today after the Supreme Court allowed a no-trust vote. The no-trust vote will be held tomorrow in the Maharashtra Assembly. But the court said that both parties will have two days to file a rejoinder, and the final result of no-trust vote will be dependent on the outcome of the writ petition. The petitions, if any, will be heard on July 11. "I am resigning as the Chief Minister. I don't want a hand in the blood of Shiv Sainiks that may be spilled tomorrow," Uddhav Thackeray said in a Facebook live today.
