Boris Johnson has said it was "absolutely common ground" between the UK, US and EU that the Good Friday Agreement should be protected following his talks with Joe Biden.

The UK leader added that working with Mr Biden was a "breath of fresh air" after the pair spoke for about an hour and 20 minutes.
