In his first moves in office, President Biden has ordered the U.S. to rejoin the World Health Organization, issued an executive action for the U.S. to rejoin the Paris climate accord, reversed the Muslim travel ban, ordered his Cabinet to preserve DACA, rescinded the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline project and asked the Education Department to extend a pause on federal student loan payments, among other actions.
