Congress leader, Anand Sharma while speaking in the Rajya Sabha said that the 'President reads what the Government gives'. He was talking about the President's address in the Parliament before the Budget session. The Congress leader added that it is very sad that on one hand, protests are going on and on the other hand, the laws are being praised in the address.
