President Biden defensive when asked about potential new debate

In an exclusive interview with NBC News, President Biden has defended his decision to stay in the presidential race.

Calls for the president to step aside have plagued him since his poor performance in a TV debate against Donald Trump last month.

But speaking to NBC's Lester Holt, Mr Biden defended his mental acuity.
