Post Office Horizon inquiry hearings continue | Thursday 18 January 2024

Phase 4 of the Post Office Horizon inquiry continues.

Phase 4 will look at action against sub-postmasters and others: policy making, audits and investigations, civil and criminal proceedings, knowledge of and responsibility for failures in investigation and disclosure.
