Video of police chasing a suspect going the wrong way on an Ontario highway last month startled many Canadians.
The pursuit ended in a crash that killed four people, including an infant.
The province’s police watchdog is now investigating the incident, but the officers have declined to testify. They have the right to do so but it’s brought police oversight into focus.
