Police name man they say killed girl in Windsor cold case

Ljubica Topic was six years old when she was abducted from outside her Windsor, Ont., home in 1971, and was later found dead near an alley about one kilometre away. On Wednesday, police finally named the man they say committed the crime — Frank Arthur Hall, who died in Edmonton in February 2019 at age 70.
