Labour Leader Sir Keir Starmer said the prime minister is "scared of his (own) party" as he challenged Rishi Sunak over the Conservative donor racism row.

Mr Sunak said Frank Hester's "remorse" should be accepted and accused Sir Keir of "double standards".
