Prime Minister Narendra Modi was speaking in Rajya Sabha when he said that all opposition leaders including Sharad Pawar were in favour farm reforms but took a U-turn over it. "All talked about it since two decades. But shocked to see how everyone took a U-turn out of the blue. Why was it done," PM Modi asked.
