लेकिन हमारी आज की बहस है ब्रिक्स में मोदी और जिनपिंग। यूं तो समिट में 5 देश हैं । लेकिन नज़रें इन दो नेताओं पर हैं। दोनों की आखिरी बार साइडलाइन मुलाक़ात 2019 में ब्राज़ील में हुई थी। उसके बाद 2020 में गलवान हुआ था। तबसे द्विपक्षीय मुलाक़ात नहीं हुई। 2022 में बाली में भी सिर्फ दुआ-सलाम हुई थी।
अब मोदी का इस अफ्रीका टूर का मोटिव समझिये। ...तो वो है अफ्रीका में चीन के विस्तारवाद को रोकना। ..और अफ्रीकी देशों को पहले की तरह भारत के साथ दोस्ती में बांधे रखना। ...
