Scientists worked round-the-clock to ensure India was one of the few nations that came up with its own COVID-19 vaccine - that too within a year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said at the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research Society meeting today. They also researched and introduced medicines, the Prime Minister said, to help curb the virus' impact.
