पीएम मोदी आज देहरादून के दौरे पर कई लाभकारी परियोजनाओं का लोकार्पण करेंगे. इन परियोजनाओं में 120 मेगावाट की व्यासी जलविद्युत परियोजना – 1,777 करोड़, देवप्रयाग से श्रीकोट सड़क चौड़ीकरण – 257 करोड़, ब्रह्मपुरी से कौड़ियाला सड़क चौड़ीकरण – 248 करोड़, लामबगड़ भूस्खलन शमन परियोजना – 108 करोड़, श्रीनगर और देवप्रयाग में गम्भीर भूस्खलन समस्या का निवारण – 76 करोड़, देहरादून में हिमालय संस्कृति केंद्र – 67 करोड़, अत्याधुनिक इत्र और सुगंध प्रयोगशाला – 40 करोड़ शामिल हैं.

वहीं प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज कई परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास भी करेंगे. इन परियोजनाओं में दिल्ली-देहरादून एक्सप्रेसवे - 8300 करोड़ की लागत, दिल्ली-देहरादून एक्सप्रेसवे से हरिद्वार – 2,082 करोड़, हरिद्वार रिंग रोड – 1602 करोड़, मेडिकल कॉलेज हरिद्वार – 538 करोड़, देहरादून-पांवटा साहिब सड़क परियोजना – 1695 करोड़, लक्ष्मण झूले के निकट गंगा नदी पर एक पुल – 69 करोड़, देहरादून में पानी, सीवर और ड्रेनेज निर्माण – 724 करोड़, बद्रीनाथ धाम में विकास कार्य – 220 करोड़, नजीजाबाद से कोटद्वार सड़क चौड़ीकरण – 86 करोड़, चाइल्ड फ्रेंडली सिटी प्रोजेक्ट देहरादून – 58 करोड़, गंगोत्री-यमुनोत्री धाम में विकास कार्य - 54 करोड़ रुपये की परियोजनाएं शामिल हैं.
