पीएम मोदी ने इस मंदिर के निर्माण को लेकर यूएई के राष्ट्रपति का आभार जताया और बताया की 2015 में जब पीएम मोदी ने अबू धाबी में मंदिर का प्रस्ताव रखा तो बिना एक पल गँवाए UAE के राष्ट्रपति ने हाँ कर दिया । प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी 14 फरवरी को अबू धाबी में ऐतिहासिक बीएपीएस स्वामीनारायण मंदिर का उद्घाटन करेंगे।

PM Modi expressed his gratitude to the UAE President for the construction of this temple and told that in 2015, when PM Modi proposed a temple in Abu Dhabi, without wasting a moment the UAE President said yes. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the historic BAPS Swaminarayan Temple in Abu Dhabi on 14 February.
