Labour's rainbow spokesperson, Shanan Halbert, who also attended yesterday’s Big Gay Out in Auckland, told Breakfast that the community was asking Christopher Luxon to step up. When asked about Luxon feeling he had to leave, the Labour MP said: "I didn't see that it was unsafe in any way."
