PM details £6bn 'tax cut' as questions are asked about his judgement

During the Prime Minister's Cabinet briefing today, Boris Johnson detailed a tax cut of £6bn, which he says will be worth £330 per year to the average tax payer.

It comes in the middle of a political storm in Westminster over what Mr Johnson knew about complaints and groping allegations that had been made about MP and deputy Chief Whip Chris Pincher.

Number 10 has been accused of changing its explanation of what it knew about Mr Pincher's past reputation.
