Pakistan was responsible for the terrorist attack, a Pakistani minister told the country's legislature, in an apparent admission of the country's role in sponsoring cross-border terrorism. PM Modi attacked the opposition amid the election in Bihar and on the 145 th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. He called the opposition's stand "divisive".
