Pierre Poilievre says he would end drug decriminalization if elected

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre criticized B.C.'s new policy that decriminalizes small amounts of certain drugs and said he would end decriminalization if elected. Benjamin Perrin, the former legal advisor to prime minister Stephen Harper, clapped back saying Poilievre wants to crack down on substances at the borders, which continues the failed war on drugs and encourages the creation and trafficking of stronger substances like fentanyl.
