Philippines factory fire: At least 15 dead as blaze tears through apparel warehouse in Manila

A fire broke out in a two-storey building in Manila, Philippines on Thursday resulting in the death of at least 15 people, and injuring at least three.

The building was reportedly used as a warehouse and worker’s housing for a t-shirt printing business. According to authorities, the fire started before sunrise and took three hours to be put out.

Investigators are currently trying to determine the cause of the incident.
