The Philippines has ordered a probe into July 4th's deadly military plane crash that killed at least 50 people. Investigators are now at the crash site. They know the plane overshot the runway while trying to land, but they don't yet know what caused this. A C-130 is actually suitable to land in any airfield.The military says they will keep exploring all possible causes.
