Petrol, Diesel Prices At New Highs After Ten Consecutive Hikes; Petrol Nears Rs. 90 In Delhi

Petrol and diesel prices touched new all-time highs across the four metros on Thursday, February 18, after oil marketing companies increased the rates by around 25 paise for the tenth straight day. In Delhi, the price of petrol was hiked by 34 paise from Rs. 89.54 per litre to Rs. 89.88 per litre, and diesel was increased by 32 paise from Rs. 79.95 per litre to Rs. 80.27 per litre, according to Indian Oil Corporation, the country's largest fuel retailer.
