Peace talks for DRC: East African leaders meet armed groups

East African leaders will meet representatives of armed groups on Monday, hoping to bring peace to the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The M23 armed group will not attend after rejecting international calls for it to disarm and withdraw from areas it has taken.
