Discussion on the current political and economic scenario: At least 40 killed, 80 injured in blast targeting JUI-F workers' convention in Bajaur

At least 40 people were killed and 80 others suffered injuries on Sunday in a suicide blast targeting the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) workers' convention in Bajaur’s Khar area.

JUI-F Khar tehsil chief Maulana Ziaullah Jan was also killed in the attack. Bajaur District Health Officer Faisal Kamal said that more than 80 injured had been brought to Bajaur District Headquarters Hospital, while those in critical condition were being shifted to Peshawar's Lady Reading Hospital (LRH).
