After decades of having “Palestine” listed as her place of birth on her Canadian passport, a 90-year-old woman was mistakenly told it wouldn’t be listed on her new one. Passport Canada has apologized for the clerical error after the woman’s granddaughter Blair expressed outrage on TikTok, accusing the Canadian government of “whitewashing history.”
