Partygate: Prime Minister refuses to comment on Boris Johnson as report looms

Rishi Sunak has said he "can't speculate" and has not seen the report into whether his predecessor Boris Johnson lied to MPs over partygate.

The Prime Minister add: "These are typically matters for the House, not the government, and it's the House of Commons and parliament that would decide the appropriate course of action."
