Jacob Flickinger, a 33-year-old dual Canada-U.S. citizen, was among seven people killed when an Israeli airstrike hit a World Central Kitchen aid convoy on Monday. His parents say they believe it was deliberately targeted. The Israel Defence Forces said a “preliminary debrief” had found the killings were a “grave mistake.” World leaders have called for an investigation and aid groups have stopped delivering aid to people close to famine.
