Paralysed soldier shares inspiring story of starting over again

At 24, Toby Gutteridge became one of the youngest ever recruits to join the Special Forces, but during an operation in Afghanistan his life changed forever when he was shot through the neck.

Doctors recommended his life support be switched off, but Toby survived. 

Now quadriplegic, he has rebuilt his life, running an extreme sports company and writing a memoir about his ordeal and overcoming adversity.
