Papua New Guinea PM in Australia: Marape hails 'primary partner' in rare visit

The Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea has described neighbouring Australia as a “primary partner”.
His message was delivered in a unique address to the Australian parliament following the signing of a security pact in December.
Since then, China has proposed a similar pact, as Beijing increases its military and economic influence in the Pacific region.
