Panto opens in circus tent as crumbling concrete closes theatre

The crumbling concrete crisis has not only closed schools and hospitals but impacted local theatres too.

Fears over the safety of reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) has put one pantomime's performances under threat.

But in the spirit of 'the show must go on', Harlequin Theatre and Cinema has relocated to a circus tent for its Christmas programming, including its Panto production Beauty and the Beast.
