A Palestinian-Israeli father says he is fighting for equal educational rights for his children - in a case involving Israel's controversial nation-state law.
Qasem Bakri was seeking compensation for having to drive his children out of town, because there is no Arabic-language school.
Campaigners say the judgement might set a discriminatory precedent.
