The Palestinian health ministry says that up to 10 people have been killed and hundreds more have been injured by an Israeli assault on Jenin.

Israel Defense Forces say that they have "achieved almost all of their objectives" - but local people have told Sky News' Alistair Bunkall that "they will continue fighting."
