Oxfam says Israel obstructing aid in Gaza, increasing famine risk

A report by the charity Oxfam is warning Gaza is at a breaking point, because of Israeli restrictions on humanitarian aid.
It says it's become "virtually impossible” for aid agencies to reach starving Palestinians.
Children are suffering the most.
