The owner of a restaurant at the Big White ski resort where a large party was held Monday night against public health orders is tonight issuing a public apology.
In a social media post, the owner of Charley Victoria's says he's sorry and that he admits what he did was wrong.
While officials at the ski resort believe the apology is sincere, they take the matter very seriously and have now terminated the restaurant's lease.
