उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी आज राज्य विधानसभा में समान नागरिक संहिता उत्तराखंड 2024 विधेयक पेश करेंगे. इस बिल को रविवार को कैबिनेट से पास किया गया था. बता दें कि यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड (UCC) सभी नागरिकों के लिए समान नागरिक कानून प्रदान करता है. इसका अर्थ है कि सभी नागरिकों के लिए एक कानून लागू होगा. धर्म और जाति के लिए अलग कानून नहीं होगा. संविधान में भी इसका जिक्र किया गया है. संविधन के अनुच्छेद 44 में समान नागरिक संहिता का जिक्र किया गया है.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will present the Uniform Civil Code Uttarakhand 2024 Bill in the state assembly today. This bill was passed by the cabinet on Sunday. Let us tell you that Uniform Civil Code (UCC) provides uniform civil law for all citizens. This means that one law will apply to all citizens. There will be no separate law for religion and caste. This has also been mentioned in the Constitution. Uniform Civil Code has been mentioned in Article 44 of the Constitution.
