A Burger King employee who has worked for the company at various locations for the past 27 years is feeling grateful after more than US$360,000 was raised after a viral TikTok video he posted shows him opening up a gift bag from management containing items including a movie ticket and a lanyard.
Kevin Ford posted the video to thank his co-workers and management, but people in the comments questioned why he received so little for so much service. When the video went viral, his daughter decided to make a GoFundMe to raise US$200 for him to visit his grandchildren.
As Sean Previl reports, it's led to a heartfelt trip toward the reunion he was looking for.
