Oslo: Man charged over deadly mass- shooting

Police have charged a 42-year-old man with an act of terror after a shooting at bar in Oslo popular with the LGBT community.

The attack, which killed two people and wounded more than 20, has led the PST security agency to raise its terror alert to "extraordinary" - the highest level.
