A proposed cultural centre in occupied East Jerusalem is causing controversy. There are plans to turn a building in the heart of a Palestinian neighbourhood into a Yemeni Jewish heritage centre. An Israeli human rights group has pledged to prevent the project from moving forward, saying the government has not acted transparently.
