The Chief Executive of Ofgem, the UK's energy regulator, told Kay Burley that "things are going to get tougher" as the cost of living crisis continues.

He said that energy prices will most likely rise in October, as part of a three month review plan by Ofgem which will scale up the energy price cap for over 22 million households.
