Officials in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, hold a press conference on the latest regarding the manhunt for escaped prisoner Leon Ruffin - he has now been found in a hotel room and taken into custody.

Ruffin has been held in jail in Jefferson Parish, on suspicion of second-degree murder.

He pepper-sprayed the deputy escorting him back to the corrections center and escaped in her vehicle, Sky's US partner NBC reports.
