Nurse 'killed two boy triplets', Manchester Crown Court hears

A neonatal nurse killed two out of three triplet boys and smiled after killing a premature baby girl on the fourth attempt, a jury has heard.

Lucy Letby is charged with murdering seven babies and attempting to murder 10 others at Countess of Chester Hospital in 2015 and 2016.

Letby, of Arran Avenue, Hereford, has pleaded not guilty to all counts, and the trial continues.
