N.S. shooting report: Officials, family react to findings of RCMP failure

Interim RCMP Commissioner Mike Duheme, Minister of Public Safety Marco Mendicino and Scott McLeod, whose brother, Sean McLeod, was killed in the Nova Scotia mass shooting, share their reactions with Power & Politics to the final report of the inquiry looking into the shooting.
