The Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill, which will stop new cases and inquests being opened into killings on both sides of the conflict, has been passed by MPs.

Victims' groups say the law will protect perpetrators, rather than provide justice, but the government insists it will "draw a line under the past".
