Decades of vigilance have been undone by what the Police Service of Northern Ireland is calling simply 'human error'.

An error which meant the identities of thousands of its officers were posted on the force's own website, and stayed up for nearly three hours.
The data was mistakenly published during a freedom information request about workforce numbers. But it's left much of that workforce feeling angry and afraid, in a place where joining the police already carries significant risk
